2020年11月23日，美國US Synthetic Corporation of Orem, Utah向美國ITC提出申請，指控美國進口以及美國國內市場銷售的部分聚晶金剛石復合片及其下游產品侵犯了其專利權，請求啟動337調查，并發布有限排除令和禁止令。
