這兩天在陸續(xù)回復(fù)客戶發(fā)來的問候，并知會他們相關(guān)訂單的進(jìn)展，和大家分享下表達(dá)：

Our government announced it will delay resumption of work to February 9.Your understanding and support will be highly appreciated.在我看來，不需要長篇大論告知，中國作為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)大國，此事一出，各國媒體爭相報道，很多客戶多少心里有數(shù)。多余的解釋，還會引起不必要的不安。長話短說即可，大多數(shù)客戶都能理解且致以問候。
（2）如客戶擔(dān)憂疫情蔓延，表達(dá)信心：
China is determined and capable of winning the battle against the coronavirus. We all take it seriously and follow the government's instructions to contain the spread of the virus. The atmosphere around remains optimistic to some extent. The epidemic will be eventually controlled and killed.中國有決心、有能力戰(zhàn)勝這次疫情，我們也都認(rèn)真對待和配合，按照政府指示，控制病毒傳播。在某種程度上，周邊氛圍保持樂觀。這種流行疾病最終會得以控制和消滅的。
