可以看到這樣一種狀況,當下國內外貿企業和國外的多數用戶業務往來時,都會首選信用證結匯,為何信用證結匯方式會成為當下多數外貿企業的首選呢?
之所以多數企業會將這種結匯方式作為首選,是因為其便捷并且在安全性方面更高,這種結匯方式是銀行在買賣雙方之間保證付款的憑證,在這種結算方式中,產品購入方企業會將申請書提交給銀行,銀行在收到這樣的申請之后,會為產品外貿銷售方企業開具保證付款的信用證,這一過程之中產品銷售方企業只要提交符合信用證要求的相應單據,在這筆交易中銀行就會為產品外貿銷售企業支付款項。

從如上案例中可以看到,該外貿企業還是比較含蓄的,而另外一些企業在外貿交往中則會明確注明使用信用證交易,例如:

從如上的這一信函中可以看到,該外貿公司是非常強硬的,告知對方公司,己方既不接受信匯也不接受電匯,交易完成方式只選擇信用證,如買方公司在本次交易中不選擇信用證,則不會和其公司達成業務往來關系。
從如上案例中可以看到,多數的外貿企業在和海外公司洽談時多以信用證為主,以增強自身在交易中的安全,但在措辭時卻各有不同,有些公司比較含蓄,而有些公司直截了當,之所以會出現這樣的差異,是因為市場交易特點所決定的,在第一個案例之中必然是處于買方市場,而在第二個案例中必然是處于賣方市場,但不論是買方占據主導權,還是賣方占據主導權,外貿銷售方企業在產品交易中都應該重點考慮到交易安全性問題,避免此后在交易中公司財產蒙受不必要損失,對于交易中的付款方式要慎之又慎,最近幾年新建外貿企業數量眾多,而在這其中交易被騙企業也不在少數,問題多出在付款方式上。
