其實(shí)，信用證很簡(jiǎn)單，大家要想徹底掌握，玩轉(zhuǎn)信用證，就必須多見(jiàn)，多讀，各個(gè)國(guó)家，各種類(lèi)型的信用證。

只有見(jiàn)到的信用證多了，信用證中各種各樣的條款，規(guī)定都見(jiàn)識(shí)了，以后做自己的信用證業(yè)務(wù)也就輕車(chē)熟路了。

(5) A certificate from owner, agent or captain of the carrying vessel showing its name, flag and nationality, also confirming that it will not pass by any Israeli port through its present voyage and is permitted to enter Arab ports for safety and environmental reasons.

由載貨船的船東，船代或船長(zhǎng)出具證明，注明船舶名稱(chēng)，國(guó)旗以及國(guó)籍，同時(shí)確認(rèn)在航行過(guò)程中船舶不會(huì)經(jīng)由以色列港口，允許船舶處于安全以及其他外來(lái)因素的考慮駛?cè)氚⒗畤?guó)家口岸。

(6)A certificate from the suppliers showing the origin of the goods and stating the full name and address of  the manufacturer or producer approved by the local chamber of commerce or  any official trade committee. (This certificate is not required if manufacturers/Producers name (s) incorporated in certificate of origin/invoice)

由供應(yīng)商出具證明一份，注明貨物的原產(chǎn)地，同時(shí)說(shuō)明制造商或生產(chǎn)商的全名以及地址，上述制造商或生產(chǎn)商須得到當(dāng)?shù)厣虝?huì)或官方貿(mào)易委員會(huì)的批準(zhǔn)。（如果制造商/生產(chǎn)商的名稱(chēng)已寫(xiě)入產(chǎn)地證/發(fā)票，則不需要提供本證明）

47A（附加條款）: (1) Shipping marks in triangle to read in all documents as:

(2)All drafts and documents must be marked " drawn under the commercial Bank of Qatar (QSC)" with LC No.and date

匯票以及單證上須注明“依卡塔爾商業(yè)銀行（QSC）所開(kāi)信用證出具，并說(shuō)明信用證號(hào)碼和日期”

(3)Shipping documents bearing date prior to this LC date are not acceptable.

運(yùn)輸單據(jù)上標(biāo)示的日期如早于本信用證日期不予接受。

(4) All documents except shipping company's bill of lading and draft must be made out in the name of applicant.

所有單證須以申請(qǐng)人的名稱(chēng)制作，但運(yùn)輸公司提單以及匯票除外。

(5)Documents presented in language other than English/Arabic are not acceptable.

所提示的單據(jù)如果使用非英語(yǔ)/阿拉伯語(yǔ)不予接受。

(6) Documents should include material test certificate, ultra sonic report, magnectic particle examination report, tungsten carbide coating certificate, hardness report and heat treatment report.

單證應(yīng)包括材料測(cè)試證書(shū)，超聲報(bào)告，磁粉檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告，碳化鎢涂料證書(shū)，硬度報(bào)告和熱處理報(bào)告。

(7)HS code must be mentioned in the invoice.

商品編碼（HS）須寫(xiě)入發(fā)票

(8) All charges on amendment requested by the beneficiary under this LC are for the account of beneficiary.

本信用證項(xiàng)下的受益人如提出修改，一切費(fèi)用均由受益人承擔(dān)。

(9) If all credit terms and conditions are not complied with or documents sent on approval basis or documents sent having discrepancies but not advised and during our scrutiny discrepancies were observed, in all cases we shall deduct USD75.00 or equivalent from each bill amount being our discrepancy and handling fees, as well as any other charges.

如果信用證條款不符，或憑保寄送的單證，或寄送的單證有不符點(diǎn)但未指出，在我們?cè)敳檫^(guò)程中，發(fā)現(xiàn)此不符點(diǎn)，在上述情況下，我行將從匯票金額中扣除75美元或等額作為我們的不符點(diǎn)處理費(fèi)以及其他費(fèi)用。

(10) We have issued the documentary credit as detailed above, It is subject to the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credit (2007 Revision, International Chamber of Commerce, Paris, France, Publication No.600)

This SWIFT messeage is an operatvie instrument and no mail confirmation will follow.
